Kesar Mango, also known as Gir Kesar, is a medium-sized fruit grown in the foothills of Girnar in Gujarat, India. It is celebrated for its sweet and aromatic flavor, tender flesh, and bright saffron-colored pulp. When unripe, it has a yellowish-green color, but when fully ripe, it turns golden yellow with a tinge of orange.
